Our Services

Your Care Matters

We are a service based industry with knowledge of the needs, our patient and families may have.
We have office staff available in our office Monday-Friday 9-5
Our medical staff (Hospice Medical Director (MD)-Nurses-Social Workers-Chaplains are available 24/7 weekends and holidays to meet your needs either in person or by phone.

Home Health

Your Care Matters

Home Health is a specialized service provided in the comfort of your home. When your doctor mentions home health is needed our staff will be ready to assist. We have trained Registered Nurses, LVN and Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy as well Respiratory Therapy.
For this care we will need an order from a physician.

Palliative Care

When you are facing a life limiting illness that you are still seeking treatment for, our home health service will add palliative care. While receiving home health, one of our palliative care nurses will call you or make a visit after your treatment. This is to ensure that your symptoms are manageable.
For this care we will need a physician order

When you or a loved one is facing a life limiting illness, and you are no longer seeking treatment. Our hospice team will set up a visit. Hospice is the highest level of care out side of a hospital setting. We are here to help take care of you or your loved one, so that your time can be spent in comfort. Our staff is specially trained to meet your comfort care needs.
For this care we will need a physician order

Private Pay Care

When you or a loved one need added care. Our team can help, this care is paid for by you. You can customize your hours and type of services needed, to help meet your needs.
Call us today to discuss if this care is right for you or someone you care for. All care givers are trained, and back ground checked.
A physician order is NOT required for this service.

Home Health, Palliative and Hospice Care is covered by most insurance plans. If you need private pay care that is also available to you. We are here with available care when you need it most.

Our Navigate Hospice

Hospice is specialized care that allows a patient and family to continue to make the decisions necessary when facing a life limiting illness. Hospice is the highest level of care outside of a hospital setting.

If you or a loved one has been told by a physician that Hospice is an option call us today. 254-727-4022 phone answered 24/7. Language line is available upon request.

We are so proud to share the news that our hospice is now CHAP certified. The hospice team has worked diligently, to provide care and compliance at the high level that CHAP requires. Please check back as our programs grow and evolve we will share the news.

Have time to share? Volunteer!

Hospice always needs volunteers, if you or someone you know has time to spend in the office or with our patients please call and let us know.

All volunteers must:

be 18 years or older

be able to pass a drug screen

be able to pass background check

attend training

have availability for patients or work in the office. How can I help?

By reading, writing, letters or cards, making calls, teaching patient or caregiver how to use the latest technology, being an active listener.

If you hold a license such as massage therapy, hair dresser, counselor, etc.

Do you or someone you know have a certified pet? Pet therapy would be great for some of our patients.

If you have the time and inclination for volunteering please let us know.
